1、本科生毕业论文本科毕业论文（20届）塑料茶杯模具设计专业：机械设计制造及其自动化29本科生毕业论文摘 要模具是工业生产中的重要工艺装备，模具工业是国民经济各部门发展的重要基础之一。现如今，模具在国民经济中所占据的地位日益显著，可以说人类的衣、食、住、行，没有哪一方面离得开模具。随着我国国民经济的快速发展，作为工业品基础的模具工业，也得到了蓬勃发展，已成为国民经济建设中的重要产业。本文在查阅相关文献的基础上，综述了注塑模具在国内外研究现状及发展趋势，以及本课题的研究意义。本文以塑料茶杯为研究对象，通过对其结构形式及材
2、料的注射成型工艺进行正确的分析,设计了一模一腔的塑料注射成型方案。根据制件的质量和体积，先对模具塑件的材料进行了分析选取，对模具分型面进行了选择，型腔布局进行了设计，对重要成型零件比如型芯和型腔的工艺参数进行了设计计算。其次，对浇注系统结构的选择，冷却系统的设计与布局，脱模机构的设计都做了相关的研究。最后，采用CAD和Pro-E软件，对模具的组成零部件和总体装配图进行了绘制，加工工艺也进行了安排。关键词:塑料茶杯；注射成型；成型方案；CAD；Pro-E29本科生毕业论文AbstractMoldisanimporta

6、moldmaterialwasanalyzedandplasticpartswasbeenselected.Themoldpartingsurfacewereselected,andcavitylayouthasbeendesigned.Suchasformingpartofanimportantcoreandcavitydesignoftheprocessparametersalsoweredesignedandcalculated.Secondly,thechoiceofgatingsystemstructur
