4、ringsystemshallcarryouttheprincipleof^hierarchicalmanagementandresponsibilityforclassification〃・Variousfunctionaldepartmentsmuststrengthensafetymonitoringsystemofmanagement,clearanddepartmentsinchargeoftheleadership,tofullyguaranteethefundsneededforthesystemoperationand
5、personnel,formulatesthesysteminstallation,useandmaintenancesystemandthecorrespondingpostresponsibilitysystem,operationalprocedures,ensuringsafe,reliableandnormaloperationofthesystem・Chapteriiinstallation,useandmaintenanceArticle5thesafetymonitoringsystemofcoalmineequipm
6、entmusthavethefollowingbasicfunctionsinaccordancewithrelevantprovisionsofthecoalminesafetyregulations:(a)oftheminetotalreturnairlane,levelineachwingreturnairlane,miningandminingworkingfaceintothereturnairwhichwindspeed,temperature,gasandotheranalogacquisition,monitoring
