4、isneedtoanationalmemberbody.ThelatterproposesthenewworkitemtoISOasawhole.OncetheneedforanInternationalStandardhasbeenrecognizedandformallyagreed,thefirstphaseinvolvesdefinitionofthetechnicalscopeofthefuturestandard.Thisphaseisusuallycarriedoutinworkin
