1、▲论坛论我国竞技体冇后备人才培养体制的转型张贵敏I,曹继红2（1.沈阳体育学院院长办公室，辽宁沈阳110032；2.沈阳体育学院休育社会科学研究中心，辽宁沈阳110032）摘要：我国现行的“三级训练网”竞技后备人才培养体系存在“三个失衡现象”，即运动训练与文化教冇的失衡，国家奥运战略与地方全运战略的失衡，产权边界模糊、激励机制不足造成的投资与收益主体间的失衡。应建立政府主导下市场化的后备人才培养体制，具体策略是：①实现竞技后备人才培养投资主体的多元化；②有计划地分步推进体制转型；③建立“体教型”竞技后备人才培养模式；④实行竞技后备人才的市场交流制度；⑤加强教练员队伍建
