1、触摸屏用防指纹污染涂料的研制摘要:本论文针对目前触摸屏所用贴膜具有易粘附指纹且不易清理等不良因素,研制了以水性光固化含氟聚氨酯丙烯酸酯分散体作为基料,配以光引发剂、成膜助剂而成的触摸屏用防指纹污染涂料,通过紫外光迅速形成固化涂膜。水性含氟聚氨酯综合氟原子和聚氨酯的优异性能,如耐水性、耐油性、耐粘污性、硬度、耐磨以及柔韧性等。!1!通过对合成产物、固化涂膜采用了FT-IR进行表征,应用激光粒径分析仪对不同含氟量分散乳液的粒径、稳定性,并对其配制而成的固化膜的性能如硬度、机械性能、耐水耐酸碱性能等进行了分析,并对此涂料性能的影响因素和性能控制进行了研究探讨。研究结果表明,聚醛
