1、机械课程教具是指能帮助大学生理解和掌握机械类课程的基本概念、基本原理、基木方法等的教学用具。平面机构的运动分析对学牛学习掌握机构运动机理、掌握机构设计分重要，对学习掌握理论力学、机械原理课程内容非常关键。传统的铁、木、铝质教具虽贴近工程实际，但比较笨重；新型的有机玻璃教具虽轻巧,但功能单一，因此都不便课堂多件携带；而多媒体动画仿真艳丽、多变，但过于程式化，因此对机构的运动特性体现不够直观（例如四杆机构的死点、急回特性等），也不便进行运动分析，不便开展师生互动，不便学生亲自动手设计机构。针对学生缺乏机械结构直观认知，因此研制互动式的平面机构的
2、实体模型运动演示组合教具意义重大。木文重点阐述了集便携、组合、灵活、多功能为一体的互动式平面机构运动演示组合教具，介绍了通用构件的结构设计，面板的结构设计、主要机构组合方案、材料的选择。基于设计，根据不同的运用场合综合出了两种不同的方案，并对其中的课外型可实现的机构组合方案进行了分析，对课堂型互动式平面机构运动演示组合教具可组合的机构方案具有一定的参考价值。关键词:机械原理，平面机构，互动，演示，组合教具IIABSTRACTMechanicalcoursesaidsarethosethathelpstudentsunderstandandm
