5、ave,inthisstudy,usingthesiliconbasedmicro-nanomulti-subpartsresonantgrating,weproposeahighperfor-mancepolarizingbeamsplitter(PBS).ThepropertiesofthegratingPBSareinvestigatedbyri-gorouscoupled-waveanalysis.Itisshownthat,overabroadbandspectrumof1.53~1.62μm(C+Lban
