1、［摘要］目的分析非小？胞肺癌患者采用常规化疗与DC-CIK细胞联合治疗的临床效果。方法选择我院2014年11月〜2016年11月收治的82例非小细胞肺癌患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组，各41例。对照组采用常规化疗方案进行治疗，治疗组采用常规化疗与DC-CIK细胞联合进行治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗后的细胞因子相关指标水平恢复正常时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（PV0.05）；治疗组仅有17例不良反应出现，少于对照组的35例，差异有统计学意义（PvO.05）。治疗组的总有效率为87.8%

2、,高于对照组的65.9%,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）o两组治疗后的T淋巴细胞亚群含量水平改善幅度优于治疗前，治疗组治疗后的T淋巴细胞亚群含量水平改善幅度优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（PvO.05）。结论非小细胞肺癌患者采用常规化疗联合与DC-CIK细胞进行治疗可以有效改善细胞因子含量，提高治疗有效率，减少化疗不良反应，缩短治疗时间。［关键词］非小细胞肺癌；常规化疗；DC-CIK细胞；效果［中图分类号］R734.2［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1674-4721(2017)09(b)・0051-
