1、国际航空货物运输问题分析与优化黄格（中南大学交通运输工程学院交通运输1403班1101140318）摘要：航空运输业从百年前发展至今，已经由原来的高端运输转变为能负担的基础运输，随着市场经济的发展、设备的更替以及相关理念的加强，更高效更有保障更高服务质量的国际航空货物运输是未来的发展方向。本文第一部分介绍并分析航空运输业的发展历程，以演化经济学分析方法为主要工具，粗略地从历史、动态的视角剖析航空运输演化的内在机制。第二部分研究航空货运量的动态变化和未来趋势，根据其未来变化趋势，对航空货物运输运营管理中的航线、货运航班及货运舱位采取对应的优化措施，分析了其
2、流程与环境中所面临的问题。第三部分根据当今国际航空货物运输业货运业务流程中的出口业务流程为主要对象，以提高业务流程的运作效率为目标，运用业务流程分析方法、SPN的建模方法对出口业务流程进行建模与优化，提出流程优化方案。第四部分对全文做出总结以及对未来国际航空货运做出前瞻性的展望。关键词：发展历程，演化，动态变化，SPN建模，优化措施，运作效率AnalysisandprocessoptimizationofinternationalaircargotransportationHUANGGe(CentralSouthUniversitySchoolofTra
