6、.2适用范围1.2.1本标准适用于高度大于10米,且高度与直径之比大于5的裙座自支承钢制塔器。1.2.2塔器的设计压力可以是内压或外压。1.2.3本标准不适用于带有拉牵装置的塔器。引用标准GB150《钢制压力容器》;GB3323《钢熔化焊对接接头射线照相和质量分级》;GB4334《不锈耐酸钢晶间腐蚀倾向试验方法》;GBJ9《建筑结构荷载规范》;www.bzfxw.comGBJ11《建筑抗震设计规范》;GBJ17《钢结构设计规范》;JB1152《锅炉和钢制压力容器对接焊缝超声波探伤》;JB2536《压力容器油漆、包装、运输》;《钢制压力容器焊接工艺评定》;《钢制压力容器焊接
7、规程》;ZBJ74003《压力容器用钢板超声波探伤》。总则3.1定义3.1.1压力除注明者外,压力系指表压力。3.1.2最大工作压力最大工作压力系指在正常操作情况下,塔器顶部可能出现的最高压力。3.1.3设计压力设计压力系指在相应设计温度下用以确定塔器壳体厚度的压力,亦即标注在铭牌上的塔器设计压力,其值不得小于最大工作压力。当塔器各部位或受压元件所承受的液柱静压力达到5%设计压力时,则应取设计压力和液柱静压力之和进行该部位或元件的设计计算。塔器上装有安全泄放装置时,应按GB150附录B的相应规定确定塔器的设计压力。对最大工作压
