1、FIDIC(红皮书)屮承包商对业主的索赔：1.9DelayedDrawingsorInstructionsIftheContractorsuffersdelayand/orincursCostasaresultofafailureoftheEngineertoissuethenotifieddrawingorinstructionwithinatimewhichisreasonableandisspecifiedinthenoticewithsupport!ngdetails,theContractorshallgiveafurthernoticetotheEngineer
2、andshallbeentitledsubjecttoSub-Clause20.1[Contractor'sClaims]to:(a)anextensionoftimeforanysuchdelay,ifcompletionisorwillbedelayed,underSub-Clause8.4[ExtensionofTimeforCompletion],and(b)paymentofanysuchCostplusreasonableprofit,whichshallbeineludedintheContractPrice.Afterreceivingthisfurther
3、notice,theEngineershallproceedinaccordaneewithSubClause3.5[Determinations]toagreeordeterminethesematters・However,ifandtotheextentthattheEngineer'sfailurewascausedbyanyerrorordelaybytheContractor,includinganerrorin,ordelayinthesubmissionof,anyoftheContractor'sDocuments,theContractorshallnot
4、beentitledtosuchextensionoftime,Costorprofit・2.1RightofAccesstotheSiteIftheContractorsuffersdelayand/orincursCostasaresultofafailurebytheEmployertogiveanysuchrightorpossessionwithinsuchtime,theContractorshallgivenoticetotheEngineerandshallbeentitledsubjecttoSub-Clause20.1[Contractor'sClaim
