1、·214·圭堡堕塑堂堂量塑重壁堂垄查垫!Q至!旦箜!!鲞箜!塑£地!』QP!!里Q也!!型!翌!!堡!尘!』!堡垫!鱼:!!!:!!!型!:!纳米光学防雾膜的制备与表征李坚刘佳一张阳德【摘要】目的制备并测试具有良好稳定性的增透、亲水纳米防雾膜。方法将阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、硅酸钠和聚丙烯酸通过逐层涂膜法涂覆在透明光学基材表面,经高温烘干得到稳定的聚丙烯酰胺一硅酸钠和聚丙烯酸亲水防雾膜,并使用激光粒度分析仪测定材料粒径大小,使用扫描电子显微镜观察镜片表面形貌,使用紫外分光光度计对镜片镀膜前后透光率进行比较,使用接触角测试仪检测膜层亲水性.使用铅笔测定法测量涂膜硬度。结果实验
2、中所用化学材料聚丙烯酰胺一硅酸钠粒径分布约(145.0:t:15.6)nm。在400—800nm光波段内。涂膜后的光学镜片比原镜片的透光率稍高,在550nm处透光率达到最大值92.2%;水滴在接触膜层表面470ms后完全分散;硬度检测结果为>3H。结论采用逐层涂膜法制得的防雾膜经烘干后可以形成稳定结构,改善了原光学镜片的透光性和表面亲水性;可进一步尝试增加涂膜层数、控制膜层厚度来制备更加理想的光学防雾膜。【关键词】阳离子聚丙烯酰胺;纳米光学防雾膜;逐层涂膜法;透光率;亲水性PreparationandcharacterizationofopticalZHANGYan
