6、。本标准由中华人民共和国铁道部提出。本标准由铁道部标准计量研究所归口。本标准由铁道部科学研究院机车车辆研究所负责起草。本标准起草人崔银凤、余建军。中华人民共和国国家标准铁道特种车辆和轨行机械动力学性能Gs/T17426-1998评定及试验方法Dynamicperformanceevaluationandtestmethodforparticularclassvehiclesandtrackedmachine范围本标准规定了准轨铁路特种车辆(长大货物车和有、无动力的轨行车辆)以及工程机械(架桥机、铺轨机、轨道起重机等)、工务养路机械(清筛机、捣
7、固机等)等轨行机械的动力学性能评定和试验鉴定方法。本标准适用于铁路特种车辆和轨行机械的动力学性能评定和试验。总则2门对铁路特种车辆和轨行机械的试验,须依本标准进行,并依试验结果将其作出动力学性能评定。2.2以上特种车辆和轨行机械列入动力学性能试验鉴定内容的有:运行平稳性(乘座舒适度或运送货物的完整性),运行稳定性(安全性)和走行部主要部件的动强度。2.3生产或使用部门若需增加其他试验项目,可与试验鉴定单位另行协商。评定标准对各种技术状态的特种车辆和轨行机械,其动力学性能都不应大于本标准所列评定指标中的合格等级。3.1运行平稳性3门.1铁道特种
