1、腮腺多形性腺瘤与腺淋巴瘤CT表现的对照分析沈星俞福华黄永志(昆山市中医医院放射科江苏昆山215300)【摘要】目的探讨分析腮腺多形性腺瘤和腺淋巴瘤的CT特点。方法收集手术病理证实的多形性腺瘤31例(男14例，女17例，年龄在16-78岁，平均年龄49.39)和腺淋巴瘤20例(男19例，女1例，年龄在43-80岁,平均年龄62.1),对有术前CT的19例多形性腺瘤(19个病灶)和15例腺淋巴瘤(19个病灶)的CT特点进行对照分析。结果腮腺多形性腺瘤实质成分动脉期大多(13/19)呈轻度强化，静脉期强化程度均呈持续上升，上升幅度在(13±7)Hu,腺淋巴瘤实质成分动脉
