7、as（FileNumber:802386998,asservicerenderedunderthisAgreement.甲方计划投资50万美金到一家D注册的有限合伙公司，，LP公司（），通过美国移民局批准的区域中心区域中心（DOTRC））的EB5投资移民项目申请投资移民，乙方同意在其收到甲方在本协议所述数额的人民币后，根据木协议确定的换汇日期和汇率，将通过其在美国的全资子公司A（乙方子公司注册登记码:）给甲方指定的个人账户存入本协议5（d）确定的美元数额，做为乙方为甲方提供的服务。1.WithregardtoOutgo
