7、。为了保证标准的适用性及协调性,本标准在修改采用过程中,对引用标准做了必要的处理。本标准与EN1435((焊缝的无损检测熔化焊缝射线照相》标准的主要差异有:—本标准以资料性附录的形式规定了焊接接头质量分级,而EN1435标准无质量分级的规定—本标准在修订时,为保证底片影像质量,删除了EN1435标准中规定的,在能保证同样的照相技术条件且像质计数值无变化时,不需在每张底片都放置像质计—本标准对有延迟裂纹倾向的材料,规定至少应在焊后24h以后进行射线照相检测。与原标准相比,本标准在技术内容方面主要有如下变化:—更侧重射线照相的透照

8、技术,而将焊接接头质量分级的有关规定放在了附录C中。—透照技术更注重其合理性和可操作性—在保证缺陷检出率的同时,更注重其经济性。本标准制定于1982年,本次修订系第二次修订。本标准自实施之日起,代替GB/T3323-1987((钢熔化焊对接接头射线照相和质量分级》。本标准由全
