1、勦鯛关曼性胃疑者卬郁情绪的影响2018-03-2110:12:00中国现代医生2018年2期吕雪幼叶国良邵永富［摘要］戸的研究黛力新联合替普瑞酮对慢性胃炎患者临床疗效及其焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取我院2014年7月〜2016年6月间收治的慢性胃炎患者136例，采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组各68例，对照组患者采用替普瑞酮治疗，观察组采用黛力新联合替普瑞酮治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗后不良反应情况，同时比较治疗前后两组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分。结果治疗后，观察组患者HAMD评分及HAMA评分均
2、明显低于对照组(t=-2.258、-3.029,P<0.05)；治疗后观察组患者临床总有效率(86.76%)明显高于对照组(70.59%)(x2=5.303,P<0.05)；治疗前患者HAMD评分、HAMA评分及治疗后不良反应发生率与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)o结论黛力新联合替普瑞酮治疗慢性胃炎患者，可以明显缓解患者焦虑抑郁悄绪，提高临床治疗效果，改善患者生活质量，同时治疗后不良反应较少，值得在临床推广应用。［关键词］黛力新；慢性胃炎；HAMA评分：焦虑抑郁情绪［中图分类号］R573.3［文献标识码］B［文章编1673-9701(201
