1、年产80000吨柠檬酸厂糖化、发酵车间的设计摘要本设计采用原料为薯干,将薯干除铁,磨粉,加水调浆,直接加入少量a—淀粉酶液化后,用喷射加热器加热灭菌、冷却,即可接种发酵。制备柠檬酸一般采用晒干的萼干作为原料。薯干含水10%-15%、淀粉70%左右、蛋白质6%左右。薯干原料小的蛋白质可作为氮源,供菌体生长。薯干原料屮含冇铁、钾、镁、钙等的无机盐,选用的黑曲霉C0527对这些无机盐不敏感,所以不需耍对原料薯粉做任何预处理。本设计采用好氧液体深层发酵、钙盐法提取技术生产柠檬酸。这两种方法都是国内比较流行和成熟的生产方法,有着丰富的实际经验,易丁操作,风险较小。本设计主耍是糖化发酵
2、车间的设计,主耍包括物料衡算,热量衡算,糖化车间设备设计与选型,发酵罐设计,种子罐设计等设备的计算和选用。此外为满足根据国务院《节能减排综合性工作方案》的要求,柠檬酸行业主要淘汰环保不达标生产企业(适用GB19430-2004《柠檬酸工业污染物排放标准》)。本设计添加废水处理和废渣再利用的工序和设备设计。本设计述包括发酵罐设计图,车间平面布置图,全厂平面图。关键词:柠檬酸发酵间歇性发酵薯干废水废渣设备设计及选型AnnualOutputof80,000TonsofCitricAcidPlantSaccharificationFermentation,FermentationP
