2、部分必须与本标准的后续部分一起使用。2定义2.1额定电压额定电压是电缆及附件设计和电性能试验用的基准电压,用U,/U表示,其中:U,—电缆及附件设计的导体和绝缘屏蔽之间的额定工频电压有效值,单位为kV,U—电缆及附件设计的各相导体间的额定工频电压有效值,单位为kV,2.2雷电冲击电压UD—电缆及附件设计所需耐受的雷电冲击电压的峰值,单位为kva2.3操作冲击电压Us—电缆及附件设计所需耐受的操作冲击电压的峰值,单位为kve2.4系统最高电压Um—系统最高电压,是在正常运行条件下任何时候和电网上任何点最高相间电压有效值,它不包括由于故障条件和大负荷的突然切断而造成的电压暂时的
