1、本设计的建筑为十八层的办公综合楼，给排水工程设计包括了建筑给水系统设计，建筑排水系统设计，消火栓系统设计，自动喷淋灭火系统设计。建筑给水系统分为室内冷水系统和室内热水系统，其中室内冷水系统分为三个区：地下室至四层为低区，采用市政给水管网直接供水；四层至十二层为中区，采用中区变频泵组供水；十三至十八层为高区，采用高区变频泵组供水。室内热水系统采用局部热水供应系统。本建筑为一类高层民用建筑，而其建筑高度$54m,建筑物火灾危险等级为中级危险I级。室内消火栓用水量和室外消火栓用水量分别取20L/s和40L/s,火灾持续时间为3h,自动喷淋系统计算用水量为22.4

2、6L/S,火灾持续时间为1h,消火栓系统和自动喷淋系统前十分钟灭火用水由屋顶水箱提供，屋顶设增压与稳压设备。排水系统采用污废分流制，污水立管采用双立管排水系统，设专用通气管，废水立管采用单立管排水系统。给水系统均采用PP-R给水管材，消火栓给水系统和自动喷淋灭火系统采用内外热镀锌钢管，排水系统管材采用UPVC排水管。在地下层设贮水池和加压泵房，地下室另设集水坑，集水坑中设潜污泵，保证污水及时排出。关键词：建筑给水排水消防喷淋AbstractThedesignofthebuildingfor18storeyofficebuilding,tothedraina
