1、年产2.5万吨铝镁碳砖生产车间设计摘要铝镁碳砖(简称AMC砖)是以镁砂、高铝骨料和碳素材料等原料经粉碎、配料、混炼、成型和干燥等工序而制成的不烧耐火制品。具有优良的抗碱性渣侵蚀的能力和良好的热震稳定性,广泛应用于电炉、钢包等领域。木设计是年产25000吨铝镁碳砖LMT-72和LMT-74生产车间设计。设计叙述了铝镁碳砖的发展历史,应用及损毁机理。并结合物料平衡计算、生产设备的选择和仓库等设施的计算结果,以及生产中各环节的要求,说明了镁碳砖生产的工艺理论基础,详细叙述了所设计产品的生产工艺流程,并
