1、实用文档摘要Y2系列电机是在Y系列电机基础上更新设计的一般用途电机，它具有结构简单、制造、使用和维护方便，运行可靠，以及重量轻，成本低等优点，在电机噪声、振动水平优于Y系列电机，外观更加满足国内外的用户需求，本文为Y2-112M-2的电磁设计。在设计过程中，掌握了中小型三相感应电机的设计原理，熟悉相关的技术条件，基于给定的参数结合相关的技术条件，确定与电机的电磁性能有关的尺寸，选择定、转子的槽数和槽配合，确定槽型尺寸，选定有关材料，编程进行电磁计算，结合前面的数据计算出相应的工作性能和起动性能，包括效率、功率因数、最大转矩倍数、起动转矩倍数
