2、theAmericanNationalStandardsInstitute.Thisprocessbringstogethervolunteersrepresentingvariedviewpointsandintereststoachieveconsensusonfireandothersafetyissues.WhiletheNFPAadministerstheprocessandestablishesrulestopromotefairnessinthedevelopmentofconsensus,itdoesnotindependentlytest,evaluat
3、e,orverifytheaccuracyofanyinformationorthesoundnessofanyjudgmentscontainedinNFPAStandards.TheNFPAdisclaimsliabilityforanypersonalinjury,property,orotherdamagesofanynaturewhatsoever,whetherspecial,indirect,consequentialorcompensatory,directlyorindirectlyresultingfromthepublication,useof,or
4、relianceonNFPAStandards.TheNFPAalsomakesnoguarantyorwarrantyastotheaccuracyorcompletenessofanyinformationpublishedherein.InissuingandmakingNFPAStandardsavailable,theNFPAisnotundertakingtorenderprofessionalorotherservicesfororonbehalfofanypersonorentity.NoristheNFPAundertakingtoperformanyd
