1、河北大学硕士学位论文资源约束下唐山市的产业结构优化研究姓名：李莉申请学位级别：硕士专业：人口、资源与环境经济学指导教师：刘建平；王金营2011-05摘要摘要产业结构是经济结构的框架与基础，产业结构的优化配置是经济发展的重要组成部分和强大推动力，直接关系到一个国家的经济能否持续、稳定、高速发展。而资源约束条件是影响产业结构优化升级的重要原因之一。近年来，唐山市经济高速增长的过程中，粗放型产业发展也很快，资源的开采和消耗量逐年增大，使资源量日渐短缺。本文从资源约束与产业结构相关理论出发，分析了优势资源对产业结构升级的促进作用，以及资源危机对未来产业

2、发展的约束作用，并对资源约束原因进行了探究。在此基础上，结合唐山市资源现状，详细分析唐山市产业发展现状及各个产业的内部结构，并从资源承载力、资源效率以及经济水平入手，运用定量方法具体针对2007年唐山市产业结构的合理度进行评判，分析出产业结构的合理性是良好的，但是资源的利用略微超出了资源的承载力。继而分析资源约束下产业结构面临的问题：资源消费不合理制约产业结构发展、工业内部结构矛盾突出、低资源依赖度的第三产业有待发展。为解决资源约束与经济发展的矛盾，针对三个方面的突出问题，提出了资源约束下唐山市产业结构优化的对策建议。关键词：唐山市资源约束产业
