1、船舶修理价格表TARIFFFORSHIPREPAIRS中国船舶工业总公司CHINASTATESHIPBUILDINGCORPORATIONGENERALNOTES1.TheratesquotedhereinareinUSdollar$.2.Theratesareapplicabletotheworkcarriedoutduringthenormalworkinghour,thatisfiveworkingdaysaweek,andsixteenhoursaday.Anyworksdoneoutsidethesehour
2、soronSaturdaysandSundays,NationalHolidaysandyard'sholidaysshallbechargedwithextraforovertime,shiponvoyagerepairwillbepricedextra.3.Allpricesquotedhereinareforshiprepairscarriedoutinthepremisesoftheshipyard,extrapriceshouldbeaddedforsuchrepairscarriedoutattheport
3、berths,buoys,anchoragesaccordingtotheactualworktobedone.4.Anyvesselduringtherepairperiodofrepairintheyard,unlessagreedbytheyard,theCustomershallnotbepermittedtoemployanylaborotherthantheyardtoperformrepairs.5.Theyardshallnotberesponsiblefortheconsequencesofwar,e
4、arthquakeorcausesbeyondyard'scontrol.6.Allscrappedmaterialexceptheavypartsofmachinery,propellerandtailshaftsshallbetheyard'sproperty.7.Thistariffisapplicabletotherepairoffreightcarriersonly,repairsofothertypesofshiparebeyondofthistariffscope.8.Thistariffbecomese
