5、rdsforessentialand(1)WhereasitisnecessarytoadaptCouncilDirectivepreventivehealth-relatedqualityparametersin80/778/EECof15July1980relatingtothequalitywaterintendedforhumanconsumptionareofwaterintendedforhumanconsumption(5)tonecessaryifminimumenvironmental-qualitygoalsscien
6、tificandtechnologicalprogress;whereastobeachievedinconnectionwithotherexperiencegainedfromimplementingthatCommunitymeasuresaretobedefinedsothattheDirectiveshowsthatitisnecessarytocreateansustainableuseofwaterintendedforhumanappropriatelyflexibleandtransparentlegalconsumpt
