3、rgyexpenditureandfataccrualunderthesupervisionofhormonalfeedbacksignallingofadipocyteleptinandgastricghrelininthehypothalamicintegrationofenergyhomeostasis.Ahostofmessengermoleculesofdiversechemicalcompositionandoriginmediatethecrosstalkbetweenthethreecircuitries.Leptinisno
4、wrecognizedasthemandatoryafferentsignalinmaintenanceofweighthomeostasis.Leptininsufficiencyinthehypothalamusduetodiminishedtransportofleptinacrosstheblood–brainbarrier(BBB)imposedbyenvironmentalcauses,suchasconsumptionofenergy-enricheddietsanddiminishedenergyexpenditure,orc
5、hestratesunregulatedfataccrualandtheattendantdiseaseclusterofmetabolicsyndrome.Bioavailabilityofleptinselectivelyinthehypothalamictargetswiththeaidofgenetherapysuccessfullyavertedtheenvironmentallyinducedmetabolicafflictionsandnormalizedlifespan.Thus,sustenanceofoptimalsuff
