6、techniquesinsensitivetoinputfrequencyvariations.Theuseofaconductstoanewpositive-sequencevoltagedetectionsystemphase-lockedloop(PLL)isindeedthemostrepresentativewhichexhibitsafast,precise,andfrequency-adaptiveresponseexampleofsuchfrequencyadaptivemethod
7、s.Inthree-phaseunderfaultygridconditions.Threefundamentalfunctionalsystems,thePLL’sareusuallybasedonthesynchronousblocksmakeuptheproposeddetector,theseare:i)thereferenceframe(SRF-PLL)[4].Underidealutilityquadrature-signalsgenerator(QSG),ii)thepositive-
