6、ricallyinducedAg1iondiffusioninTiO2.Ourresearchwhenwasactuallyasearchforarechargeablebatteryforsolar-cellsback-up,resultedwithasolar-battery.Ourresearchwasasmallpartoftheworldwidequestforcleanandrenewableelectricalenergysources.Thisecologicalideahasencouragedlargere
7、searchactivitiesanddevelopmentinthefieldofphotovoltaicsolarcellsinthelasttwentyyears(2).ThephotosensitivecathodeinourcellwasconstructedofTiO2thinfilmontheglasssupportobtainedbyCVDandspraymethods(3,4).In1991,GraÈtzelandcoworkers(seeforexample,Ref.5)madeabreakthroughi
