5、ionaleducation.BoththeoreticalresearchandeducationalpracticehavebeendevelopedquicklyinHVE.However,becausethetraditionknowledgeismoreimportantthanskillsstillexists,itisdifficulttoestablishitscharacteristics.Ithasnotplayeditsroleinthevocationaltraining,whichise
6、speciallytrueinitsPublicEnglishteaching.Thisthesisisdividedintofourchapters.ThefirstchapterintroducesthebackgroundoftheHVEteachingreform,researchmethodsandalsoclarifiesthepurposeofthisthesis.ThesecondchapterdiscussesthePublicEnglishteachingtheoriesofHigherVoc
