3、,suchasthedeathofthevictim,weresuedbymanslaughter,mayhem,negligencedeathandnegligenceinjury.After97CriminalLawcomesintoeffect,thelawhasexplicitlyprovidedfoundationtopunishillegalmedicalpracticecriminally.Incombinationwiththeadministrativesanction,thelawhaslarg
