2、血清皮质醇、IL21、IL22和TNF2α的含量。结果与应激组比较,枸杞多糖低剂量+应激组和枸杞多糖高剂量+应激组大鼠血清皮质醇含量明显降低(P<0105);血清IL21、IL22和TNF2α的含量明显升高(P<0105);旷场实验及悬尾实验结果显示,与应激组比较,枸杞多糖低剂量+应激组和枸杞多糖高剂量+应激组大鼠潜伏期缩短,穿格数和修饰时间增加(P<0105),静止时间明显减少(P<0105),挣扎次数明显增多(P<0105)。结论枸杞多糖能够调节下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质(HPA)轴的适应性,降低皮质醇的过量释
