5、abyForeignEnterprisesorIndividualsandtheMeasuresforAdministrationoftheRegistrationofPartnershipEnterprisesofthePeople’sRepublicofChina(hereinafterreferredtoastheMeasuresforAdministrationofPartnershipEnterprisesRegistration),forthepurposeofregulatingtheestablishme

6、ntofpartnershipenterpriseswithintheterritoryofChinabyforeignenterprisesorindividualstofacilitatetheirinvestmentinChinathroughestablishingsuchpartnershipenterprisesandexpandeconomiccooperationandtechnologicalexchangewithothercountries.Article2Forthepurposeoftheser

7、egulations,Theterm“foreign-investedpartnershipenterprises”intheseRegulationsmeanspartnershipenterpriseswhichareestablishedwithintheterritoryofChinabytwoormoreforeignenterprisesorindividuals,aswellasbyforeignenterprisesorindividualsjointlywithChinesenaturalpersons

8、,legalpersonsorotherorganizations.Theseregulationsshallapplytotheestablishment,alterationandcancellationregistrationofforeign-investedpartnershipenterprises.To
