4、gnmentthoughtbasedonaninnovativeprocedureabletofabricatehigh-lowdopingprofileoftheemitterregion.Theideaisbasedonaplasmatreatmentabletotrimdownthethicknessofanhomogeneousheavydopedemitterreducingitsdopingconcentrationanditssheetresistance.Inparticularthefrontmetalgridscreenp
