2、ebulk-gatecontrolledcircuittoimprovethepowersupplyrippleratio(PSRR)ofaLowDropoutRegulator(LDO)whichdeterioratesduetoloweringpowerconsumptionisproposed.Designingwith0.25μmCMOSprocess,thesimulationresultsbyHSPICEshownthattheproposedcircuitprovidesahighperformanceof

3、PSRReventhough1/10ofthepowerconsumptionisreducedcomparetotheconventionalcircuit.Itisconfirmedthatabout40[dB]at10[Hz]frequencyand20[dB]at1[kHz]frequencyofPSRRaretogetherimproved.I.INTRODUCTIONWhentheoperationvoltageofelectronicdevicesissuppliedbyaDC-DCconverter,iti

4、simpossibletoavoidtheripplenoisevoltagecomesalongthepowersupplyline.ForthecommunicationsdevicessuchasmobilephoneswhichhaveFig.1.BasicLowDropoutRegulatorCircuit.thetransmissionandreceptioncircuitwhichoperatesatahighfrequency,theripplenoiseofthepowersupplylinehasab

5、adinfluenceonthestabilityofthetransmissionfrequency.Theinstabilityofthetransmissionfrequencywillresultin(PSRR)canbedeterminedbythreeregionsoffrequency.adeterioratedvoiceorcommunicationquality.Hence,itisTheyarethePSRRatDCandalowfrequencyPSRRDC,necessarytoreducether

6、ipplenoisevoltageasmuchasthePSRRatamoderatefrequencyPSRRMFandthePSRRpossible.atahighfrequencyPSRRHF.Inthiswork,wefocusonlyToreducearipplenoisevoltage,needlesstosay,itwasontheimprovementofPSRRDCandPSRRMFwhicharerequiredtomaintaintheresponsespeedoftheerroramplifier.
