5、omparedwithanetunfavourableimpactof$937millioninthefourthquarterof2009.Forthefullyear,therespectivenetunfavourableimpactswere$25,436millionand$622million.Seepages6,20and21forfurtherdetails.Theeffectivetaxrateonreplacementcostprofitorlossforthefourthquarterandfullyearwas34%and

6、32%respectively,comparedwith34%and33%ayearago.ExcludingtheimpactoftheGulfofMexicooilspill,theeffectivetaxrateforthefourthquarterwas33%andforthefullyearwas31%.In2011,weexpecttheeffectivetaxratetobeintherange32-34%.IncludingtheimpactoftheGulfofMexicooilspill,netcashusedinoperat

7、ingactivitiesforthefourthquarterwas$0.2billionandnetcashprovidedbyoperatingactivitiesforthefullyearwas$13.6billion,comparedwithnetcashprovidedinthesameperiodsoflastyearof$7.3billionand$27.7billionrespectively.Theamountsfor2010includedanetcashoutflowof$5.4billionand$16.0billion
