5、ormanceofthesystem.Thismodeof7operationhastheabilitytoimplementthebestpossibletimingplanfortheexistingtrafficconditionsby8switchingbetweentimingplans.ThedatafromIntelliDrivetechnologycanbeutilizedinthetraffic9responsivemodetoimprovethesystemperformancebyreducingtheoveralldelayinthes

6、ystem.This10paperproposesasystemthatcanbeusedtointegratethedataobtainedfromtheIntelliDrivetechnology11tothetrafficresponsivemodeofoperation.Theproposedmethodutilizesthenumberofstopsanddelay12ofthevehiclesinanintersectionasabasisfortheimplementationofthebesttimingplanforthe13prevaili
