6、luntaryusebythoseotherthanIPCmembers,whetherthestandardistobeusedeitherdomesticallyorinternationally.RecommendedStandardsandPublicationsareadoptedbyIPCwithoutregardtowhethertheiradop-tionmayinvolvepatentsonarticles,materials,orprocesses.Bysuchaction,IPCdoesnotassum
