3、eesandinternallydisplacedpeoplewerelivingindevelopingcountries.Thecentralroleoflandtolivelihood,identityandpower,mostnotablyinrural-basedeconomiesexplainswhydisputesoveraccessandcontroloflandfrequentlyescalateintoarmedconflictandmassdisplacement.ThisN

7、einter-relatedandmaycross-referencerelevantmaterialfromotherNotes.IssueandWhyItisImportantWhytransitionfromcustomarytoformaltenure?Inmanydevelopingcountries,landuse,accessandtransferismostlyregulatedcustomarilyorinformally,withoutlegalrecognitionfroms
