3、nologywithhighefficiencyandlowcostformasspopularity.Whereas,thelackofdepositionaccuracyandmicrostructureperformancesarestillrestrictingitsongoingdevelopment.Inthispaper,hybriddepositionandmicro-rolling(HDMR)processhasbeenusedtoeliminatetheanisotropyinWAAMbainiticsteelsamples.Fortheprob

4、lemsofdeficientdeformationandlargerremeltingareaduetodeeperpenetrationandhighertemperaturegradient,aninitiallyoptimizedmicro-rollingmorphologyhasbeenproposed.Theresultsshow:thetensilestrengthsoffinishedpartare1275MPa,1256MPa,1309MPafortransverse(X),longitudinal(Y),perpendicular(Z)direc

5、tionsrespectively.Theelongationofthreedirectionsare17.4%,16.6%,17.7%respectively.Theimpacttoughnessis99J/cm2andtheaveragegrainsizereachesabout7μm.Comparedtothetraditionallyheavyrollingequipment,microrollerthispaperusedhastransformativecostadvantagetoachievehighvaluesofcomprehensivemech
