3、Recentearly-stageclinicaltrialswithtargetedtherapiesappearpromising,althoughtherelation-shipsbetweensubsetsofpatientswithpositiveresponsestotherapyandtumorgeneticsremainunexplored.Herewesummarizetherelevantmolecularpathogenesis,recentandongoingclinicaltri

7、ndareconsideredcandi-stoodandthegeneticsofadvanceddiseasehaveyettobedatesforsurgicalresection,whichofferstheonlychancefullydefined.Second,BTCisaheterogeneousgroupofforcure.Inselectivecenters,livertransplantationmayberelatedbutdistinctdiseaseswithvariouscli
