4、aldataandextractusefulcomputationalmethodswithwhichtoextract,view,andinformation,arebecomingincreasinglyimportantanalyzegenomicinformation,becomesessential.computerworkloads.ThispaperpresentsBioPerf,aBioinformaticsallowsresearcherstosiftthroughthebenchmarksuiteofrepresentativebioinformaticsmas
5、sivebiologicaldataandidentifyinformationofapplicationstofacilitatethedesignandevaluationofhigh-interest.Today,biologistsareinsearchofbio-molecularperformancecomputerarchitecturesfortheseemergingsequencedata,foritscomparisonwithothergenomes,andworkloads.Currently,theBioPerfsuitecontainscodesbec
