1、智能调速器在农村小型水电站中的运用陈进(泽州县水务局山西泽州048000)摘要:农村小型水电站大多建在偏远山区,受投资规模及人员素质限制,调速设备多采用手动控制形式,自动化程度低、调节性能差.当出现突发跳闸事故时极易造成机组飞逸,致使机组在高转速作用下引起机械损坏,在高电压作用下引起绝缘损坏,甚至危及人身安全.大、中型水电站采用的自动化设备和装置普遍都比较先进和复杂,价格昂贵,不适合在农村小型水电站中推广应用.针对以上问题,文中从实际出发,结合当前水电自动化的现状和发展趋势,详实列举了泽州县白水河一级水电站采用小型数字阀智能调速器进行自动化

7、l small hydropower stations'Keywords:Intelligentgovernor;Smallhydropowerstation;Practiceandapplication1泽州县农村小水电概况我县境内主要河流有三条:分别是沁河、丹河和白水河。其中沁河属黄河水系,全长450公里,区内河长34.1公里;丹河属黄河水系,全长86公里,区内河长68.85公里;白水河属黄河水系,全长58.9公里,区内河长20.6公里。县境内河流水能理论蕴藏量为9.22万千瓦,其中可开发量为6.23万千瓦,至2012年底已开发小水电站
8、18处,总装机43290千瓦,占可开发量的69.5%,年发电量为9904万度。我县水电供电区域总面积345.6平方公里,用电乡镇4个,用电户数1.34万户,用电人口4.38万人,
