2、stract—Acuteinflammationisamedicalconditionwhichtoolsthatcanaidcliniciansindesigningoptimalstrategiesoccursoverseconds,minutesorhoursandischaracterizedforinflammationtreatments.asasystemicinflammatoryresponsetoaninfection.Delayingtreatmentbyonlyonehourdecreasespatient

3、chanceofsurvivalOneofthetoolsthatcanbeusedforfindingoptimalbyabout7%.Therefore,thereisacriticalneedfortoolsthattherapyismodelpredictivecontrol(MPC).MPCalgorithmscanaidtherapyoptimizationforthispotentiallyfatalcondition.aresuitableformedicalapplications[3],[5],[8],[9

4、]pri-Towardsthisobjectivewedevelopedadatadrivenapproachmarilybecauseoftheirabilitytodealwithalargenumberfortherapyoptimizationwhereapredictivemodelforpatients’ofvariablesandconstraintsthatarenotwelladdressedbehaviorislearneddirectlyfromhistoricaldata.Assuch,thepred

5、ictivemodelisincorporatedintoamodelpredictivewithotherapproaches.ThekeycomponentofMPCisacontroloptimizationalgorithmtofindoptimaltherapy,whichpredictivemodel,whichisusedtopredictapatient’sfuturewillleadthepatienttoahealthystate.Tosaveonthecoststatesasaresponsetothet

6、reatment.MPCusespredictionsofclinicaltrialsandpotentialfailure,weevaluatedourmodeloffuturestatesandasetofconstraintstocalculateanonapopulationofvirtualpatientscapableofemulatingtheoptimalsetoffuturetreatmentsthatwillguidethepatientinflammatoryresponse.Patientsaretre

7、atedwithtwodrugsforwhichdosageandtimingarecriticalfortheoutcometoahealthystate.ThequalityofMPCdirectlydependsonofthetreatment.Ourresultsshowsignificantimprovementtheabilityofthepredictivemodeltoaccuratelypredicttheinpercentageofhealthyoutcomescomparingtopreviouslyfu
