3、larnetworkspectrumandenergyefficiencies[5],[6].However,network.WeconsideraD2DpairinthepresenceofanMBSandcross-tierinterferenceneedstobeproperlymanagedinsuchafemtoaccesspoint,eachservingauser,withqualityofserviceconstraintsforallusers.Ourproposedsolutione

5、ithinasingleframework.Thestandards[7].TheD2DuserscanutilizeunlicensedspectrumframeworkprioritizesD2DdedicatedmodeiftheD2Dpair(out-of-band)orlicensedspectrum(in-band).Comparedtoisclosetoeachotherandorthogonalresourcesareavailable.Otherwise,itallowsD2Dreu
6、semodeiftheD2Dsatisfiesbothout-of-band,in-bandD2Dcanprovidemorequalityofservicethemaximumdistanceandanadditionalinterferencecriteria.guarantees[2]andisconsideredinthispaper.Inin-bandForreusemode,wepresentageometricvertexsearchapproachD2D,therearethreemod
