2、EEEAbstractThispaperproposesacentralizeddecisionmakingfemtocellaccesspoints(FAPs),significantlyimprovestheframeworkatthemacrobasestation(MBS)fordevice-to-throughputforinindoorenvironmentsaswellastheoveralldevice(D2D)communicationunderlayingatwo-tiercellu

5、ithinasingleframework.Thestandards[7].TheD2DuserscanutilizeunlicensedspectrumframeworkprioritizesD2DdedicatedmodeiftheD2Dpair(out-of-band)orlicensedspectrum(in-band).Comparedtoisclosetoeachotherandorthogonalresourcesareavailable.Otherwise,itallowsD2Dreu

6、semodeiftheD2Dsatisfiesbothout-of-band,in-bandD2Dcanprovidemorequalityofservicethemaximumdistanceandanadditionalinterferencecriteria.guarantees[2]andisconsideredinthispaper.Inin-bandForreusemode,wepresentageometricvertexsearchapproachD2D,therearethreemod
