3、omverticalamplitudesectionsordirectlyfromcoherencytimeslices.Interpretationusuallyinvolvesinterpretingoneortwofaultsatatime,steppingthroughthe3-Dvolumeonsomesubsetofthelines,crosslinesandtimeslices.Thus,manypassesthroughthedataarerequiredtointerpretfaultsforane

4、ntire3-Dvolume.AFEproducesroughfaultpicksfortheentirevolumethroughaseriesofprocessingstepswhichyoufullycontrol,andprovidesQCproductsateachstepwhichyoumayevaluatetodeterminebestparametersforeachdataset.Theroughfaultpicksareloadedtoavisualization/interpretationpr

5、oduct,suchasReservoirNavigatororVoxelGeo,andfurthereditedtoprovidefinalinterpretedsurfaces.Therearesixprimaryprocessingsteps.Thefirststepperformsalineenhancementoneachtimeslicefromacoherencyvolume.Thesecondstepusesthelineenhancedoutputfrom“Step1-LineEnhance”onp

6、age1-18toenhancetheplanarfeatures,andthefirstsetofprobablefaulttraces(slicevectors)isgeneratedforeverytimeslice.Thethirdstepreducesduplicateandanomaloustime-slicevectors.Inthefourthstepprobableverticalfaulttraces(seedvectors)aregeneratedforasubsetofthelinesandc
