4、质量管理规程CorporateManagementRulesforWeldingMaterialQualityControl1范围本标准规定了焊接材料,包括焊条、焊丝、焊剂、合金粉末、衬垫及焊接用气体等，在采购、验收、库存保管及使用过程中的管理要求。为了保证焊接材料的使用性能，应具备必要的贮存、烘干、清理设施，建立可靠的管理规程并严格执行。本标准适用于焊接生产中，上述这些焊接材料的质量管理。1ScopeThisStandardspecifiesmanagementrequirementsofweldingmaterials(e.g
5、.,weldingelectrode,weldingwire,weldingflux,alloypowder,backingandweldinggas)duringpurchase,acceptance,warehousinganduse.Inordertoensureserviceperformanceofweldingmaterials,necessarystorage,dryingandcleaninginstallationsshallbemadeavailable,andreliablemanagementspecifi
