3、om-Bangladesh.Ipossessadesire,tostruggleifnecessarythroughmylifeinestablishingasocietywhichwillbefreefromexploitationandinequality.Assuch,IhavechosentostudyLaw,forIbelievetheproperimplementationofLawistheonlypotentweapontoobliterateinjustice.Ibelievethroughou
4、tthehistoryoftheworld,workingclasseshavebeendeceivedbytheupperclassbourgeoisieandtheelites-myultimategoalinlifeistoestablishtherightsofthesociallydeprivedclasses.IalwayshavewonderedwhyLawhasnotbeenusedtoraisethevoiceoftheworkingclass,andwhyithasbeenusedtosafe
5、guardtheinterestsofpeoplewhoareexploiting.Iseekanewdefinitionofhumanrights–thetruedefinition,withoutexploitationandcorruptioncolouringthenotion.Mygreatestwonderiswhyoursocietyandthelegalsystem,donotpointouteconomicexploitationasanabuseofhumanrights;foritisthe
6、rootofpoverty,whichelicitscrime.IfthecreationofLawistocurbinjustice,whyhasitnotbeenusedtoeradicatethisinjustice?Takinglawasasubjectforhighereducationwillhopefullyhelpmefindanswerstomyquestions,andwillteachmethepropermethodofimplementation. Iamsomeonewhoispas
