2、pt.3.ProhibitedarticlesstipulatedintheRegulationsofPost,e.g.explosive,flammable,corrosive,radioactive,poisonousarticles,drugscashetc.arenotallowedtosendasEMSitem.Peopleviolatingtherelevantregulationswillburdenthelegalresponsibility.4.EMSitemshouldbepackedforitssafetyinacc
3、ordancewiththeRegulationsofPosts.5.Thepostagewillbechargedaccordingtothetotalweightsoftheitem(includingtheweightsofcontents,labelsandpackagingmaterials).6.InsuranceserviceisprovidedforthedomesticEMSitems,dependingontheintentionofthesender.Theinsuredamountisbasedontheactua
4、lvalueofthecontentsoftheitemdeclaredbythesender.ButthemaximuminsuredamountisfixeduptoRMB100,000Yuan.Senderisrequestedtopaytheinsurancefeeaccordingly.1.Incaseofloss,damageoftheitemsorshortageofthecontents,thesenderwillbecompensatedaccordingtotheactuallossofthecontents,butt
5、heindemnitywillnotexceedtheinsuredamountofitems.Fornon-insureditem,thesenderwillbecompensatedaccordingtotheregulationsofpostaladministration.Incaseofthedelayoftheitem,thesenderwillbecompensatedaccordingtotheregulationofpostaladministration.Postswillnotcompensateforotherlo
6、ssorindirectloss.2.TheinquiryofanyEMSitemisacceptablewithin4monthsafterthedateofposting;pleasetakethethirdcopyofthisbillorthereceipttomaketheinquiryprocedureatthemailingoffice.3.Incaseofanydisaccordbetweentheserviceregulationsandthisnoticecausedbythechangeintheservice,ple
7、aserefertheannouncementinthepostoffice.ThiswaybillisonlyavailableforsendingtheinternationalEMSitemandthosedestinedtoHongKongandMacao.1.Thiswaybillshouldbecompletedminutely,accuratelyandexactlywithEnglishorFrench;pleasetypeorprintlegiblyandfirmlyusingtypewriterorballpen;2.
