3、条例ChapterIGeneralPrinciples 第一章 总则Article1ThisRegulationisformulatedforthepurposeofstrengtheningtheprotectionandadministrationoffamoushistoricalandculturalcities,townsandvillagesandinheritingtheoutstandinghistoricalandculturalheritageoftheChinesenation.
4、 第一条 为了加强历史文化名城、名镇、名村的保护与管理，继承中华民族优秀历史文化遗产，制定本条例。Article2ThisRegulationshallapplytotheapplication,approval,planningandprotectionoffamoushistoricalandculturalcities,townsandvillages. 第二条 历史文化名城、名镇、名村的申报、批准、规划、保护，适用本条例。Article3Theprotectionoffamoushisto
